European Society for Pediatric Neurosurgery (ESPN) 2025 Annual Postgraduate Course is organized by European Society for Pediatric Neurosurgery (ESPN), Erasmus Conferences & Events S.A. and will be held from Apr 07 - 12, 2025 at Hotel Adria Dubrovnik, Dubrovnik, Croatia.

Description:
The ESPN Annual Postgraduate Course in Pediatric Neurosurgery is the main vehicle of the Society to address and educate the next generation of professional in our subspecialty.

It runs in 3-year cycles, comprising the following modules:

• 1st module: hydrocephalus, cysts, posterior fossa tumors, head trauma
• 2nd module: dysraphism, spinal tumors, craniovertebral junction, vascular, sellar and suprasellar tumors, orbit and skull, midline tumors, craniosynostosis
• 3rd module: cerebral hemispheric tumors, infection, spasticity, pineal region, epilepsy

Hydrocephalus, cysts, posterior fossa tumors and head trauma are the main topics of the 2025 course. As usual, all of them will be treated in the typical informal atmosphere in order to stimulate interactions between the academia and the trainees. The newcomers will feel like a part of our special world from the beginning. Moreover, the format of the course has been changed to leave more space to the discussion, as specifically requested by the trainees in the previous, successful course in Romania.

The ESPN courses have generated, year after year, increasing friendship bonds among European pediatric neurosurgeons and have contributed to their education by means of lectures, videos presentations and practical hands-on sessions carried out by excellent international experts. The courses also provide a unique opportunity for scientific debate, as well as for sharing personal lifelong experiences.
