The ESMO Summit Africa 2025 is a three-day educational event with presentations focused on several key disease sites. Created for oncology professionals in Africa by international and local key opinion leaders, the Summit will put into context the most significant treatment advances presented at the ESMO annual Congress.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Cancellations received in writing by 9 December 2024 will receive a full refund less a 15% administration fee. Cancellations received in writing by 10 December 2024 until 8 Januray will receive a 50% refund less a 15% administration fee. Cancellations received in writing from 9 January 2025 will result in full fees payment being due. We recommend transfer of registration to a new delegate to avoid cancellation fee. In the event of a cancellation, registrations are transferable to delegates not yet registered.
