Creating Healthy Work Environment 2025 is organized by Sigma Theta Tau International (STTI) Honor Society of Nursing and will be held from Mar 28 - 30, 2025 at Sheraton Phoenix Downtown, Phoenix, Arizona, United States of America.
Theme: From Surviving to Thriving: Transformation to a Healthy Work Environment
Burnout. Staffing shortages. High turnover. Sound familiar?
Though nurses continue to be rated the most trusted professionals, mental health and work satisfaction continue to decline. Nurses can drive the change of the work environment, and it starts with you.
At Creating Healthy Work Environments, you'll receive actionable items to take back to your organization. Review leading evidence from your peers, be inspired by our keynote speakers, and discover the power of collaboration when you network with nurses who are seeking the same goal—to build a healthier workplace for all.
Join us as we explore this year's theme—From Surviving to Thriving: Transformation to a Healthy Work Environment—and get to work. And we'll have some fun, too!
