Collaborative Care in Psoriatic Disease is organized by National Psoriasis Foundation (NPF) and will be held on Aug 23, 2025 at Seattle Marriott Waterfront, Seattle, Washington, United States of America.

Join co-chairs G. Michael Lewitt, M.D. and Clive Liu, M.D., for this highly collaborative CME-accredited program that aims to increase the shared decision-making process to ensure patients are receiving appropriate care and meeting their treatment goals. This program is open to dermatologists, rheumatologists, primary care providers, advanced practice providers, and other specialists who care for people living with psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis.

Objectives:
Series Objectives

  • Appropriate recognition of PsO and PsA symptoms from cross-disciplinary perspectives to ensure early intervention.
  • Employing appropriate strategies to diagnose and treat comorbidities associated with PsD.
  • Outlining the safety, efficacy, and role of current and emerging treatments in addressing both skin and joint symptoms for PsO and PsA, including complex PsD presentations and Skin of Color
  • Utilizing tools that different providers can use when screening for comorbid conditions related to PsO and PsA.
  • Employing a patient-centric, collaborative care, and shared management model for treatment of individuals living with PsD
