California Psychological Association (CPA) 2025 Annual Convention

Continuing Education Information
CE Approval
APA: The California Psychological Association (CPA) is approved by the American Psychological Association (APA) to offer continuing education for psychologists. CPA maintains responsibility for this program and its content. Participants arriving more than 15 minutes after the scheduled starting time of the session or departing prior to the end of the session will not receive CE credits.

BBS: The California Board of Behavioral Sciences accepts continuing education credit granted by the California Psychological Association or by any of its Approved Providers.

CE Credits
The maximum number of hours of continuing education credits available for attending the 2025 CPA Convention is 12.5 for those who attend regular and keynote sessions on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. 8 additional credits can be earned by attending both Thursday preconvention CE Institutes (additional registration fee required). CE credits earned by attending convention sessions are considered “Sponsored CE” under the CPD requirements from the Board of Psychology. You may also claim 1 CE credit for each day of attendance under Category 1 (Professional Activities).
