The Association of Diabetes Care & Education Specialists authorized by the American Academy of PAs (AAPA) to award AAPA Category 1 CME credit for activities planned in accordance with AAPA CME Criteria. This live and enduring activity is designated for up to 42.5 AAPA Category 1 CME credits. PAs should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation.

Pharmacists
The Universal Activity Number for each session will be provided to learners on their transcript upon completion of an evaluation. ADCES25 has been approved for up to 42.5 contact hour(s).

This live conference provides up to 19.5 contact hours (1.925 CEUs) of continuing education credit.

On-Demand Sessions provides up to 24.0 contact hours (2.4 CEU’s) of continuing education credit.

Total amount available to earn in combination of home and live contact hours is 42.5 of continuing education credit.

Notes for Pharmacists/Pharmacy Technicians:

• Per NABP CPE Monitor and ACPE rules- ADCES must upload pharmacy-related continuing education information to CPE Monitor within 60 days of the event. Per ACPE rules, ADCES does not have access nor the ability to upload live credits requested after that timeframe.
• Pharmacy learners must evaluate all sessions attended “live” by Monday, September 22, 2025.
• Home Credits are offered for On-Demand-identified sessions only. Not all sessions have that option. Home credit for On-Demand sessions must be claimed by Monday, January 12, 2025 Please review the online planner and claim credit accordingly per the stated deadlines.

American Medical Association (AMA): The Association of Diabetes Care & Education Specialists designates this live and enduring activity for a maximum of 42.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)TM. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Social Workers
As a Jointly Accredited Organization, the Association of Diabetes Care & Education Specialists is approved to offer social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. Organizations, not individual courses, are approved under this program. State and provincial regulatory boards have the final authority to determine whether an individual course may be accepted for continuing education credit. The Association of Diabetes Care & Education Specialists maintains responsibility for this course. Social workers completing this course receive up to 3.0 continuing education credits.

Per ASWB’s Approved Continuing Education Program (ACE), sessions that are less than 60 minutes each are not eligible for ACE credit. The 3.0 continuing education credits listed reflect the 60-minute and sessions available at ADCES25. Sponsored by The Association of Diabetes Care & Education Specialists, a designated provider of continuing education contact hours (CECH) in health education by the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing, Inc. This program is designated for Certified Health Education Specialists (CHES®) and/or Master Certified Health Education Specialists (MCHES®) to receive up to 42.5 total Category I contact education contact hours. Maximum advanced-level continuing education contact hours are 42.5. Competency credits available are 0.

Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialists
To satisfy the requirements for renewal of certification for the Certification Board for Diabetes Care and Education (CBDCE), continuing education activities must be diabetes related and approved by a provider on the CBDCE list of approved providers. CBDCE does not approve continuing education. The Association of Diabetes Care & Education Specialists (ADCES) is on the CBDCE list of approved providers.

Other Health Care Professionals
