Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:
- Introduce crisis resource management (CRM) skills to anesthesiologists.
- Utilize best practices for leading crisis management events.
- Use crisis simulation as an opportunity for all faculty to practice and train.
- Provide peer-led sessions, with protected time, confidential debriefing, and evidence-based CRM leadership coaching.
