Create a Thriving Physician Enterprise
Medical groups and health systems are at an inflection point. With the challenges you face—workforce shortages, sustaining financial performance, AI integration, enhancing patient access, operational efficiency,  leadership development, and more—it's imperative to create a thriving physician enterprise. AMGA's 2025 Annual Conference (AC25) addresses these challenges to help you stay at the forefront in a rapidly changing industry.

Medical groups are at an inflection point. Driven by the need for financial sustainability, capital for strategic investments, and challenges with physician retention and recruitment, physician-owned practices are increasingly merging or being acquired. Health systems, too, are feeling the strain of staffing shortages, reduced access to care, and lower reimbursement rates. All providers are looking for solutions on how to integrate AI and operational efficiencies in their daily practice.

With mounting pressure to preserve margin while providing high quality care, it’s never been more important to position your physician enterprise as an indispensable asset to your system and community.

How can your organization not only survive but thrive in this environment?

AMGA's 2025 Annual Conference is designed to address all of these challenges through:

  • Expert Keynote Speakers: Hear from healthcare leaders, including a panel featuring CEOs from The Permanente Medical Group, Cleveland Clinic, CommonSpirit, and Inova.
  • Two Concurrent Learning Tracks: Engage in tailored content for your specific organization type —Health System or Independent Group.
  • Breakout Sessions: Gain insights on leading practices from top-performing members.
  • Council Meetings: Network and engage in peer-to-peer learning by exchanging ideas, discussing strategies, and sharing solutions with those in similar roles.
  • The Hub: Experience a newly-designed, highly-interactive Exhibit Hall designed to connect you to solutions.
  • And much more, including deep dive sessions, immersion sessions, and poster presentations.
