    CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

    All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations made before December 16, 2024, are subject to a $100 administrative processing fee. After December 16, 2024, cancellation requests will be forwarded to the conference committee to determine if any refund will be granted. If a refund is approved, a minimum $100 administrative fee will be charged. Registration fees for optional functions are nonrefundable.
