Description:
This is a traditional meeting of the professional public, which, together with the Endoscopic Days and the Educational and Discussion Gastroenterological Days, is one of the largest professional events organized by the society.

The purpose of the congress is to present the latest findings from individual "subspecialties and specializations" of gastroenterology and also to exchange views on problematic topics. Dramatic advances in diagnostic and, above all, therapeutic endoscopy, the introduction of new treatment procedures and drug treatment for a number of gastrointestinal and liver diseases, the use of artificial intelligence and telemedicine, which are increasingly widespread in clinical practice, will be the main topics of the professional program. For young and novice doctors, popular "hands-on" training will also be part of the event. We will be happy to create enough space for the presentation of our own experiences and results of research projects. You can also look forward to satellite symposia, which are an integral part of the professional program. Gastroenterology nurses have long since become highly specialized workers, without whose activities the operation of gastroenterology departments would not be possible at all. It is not surprising that presentations by gastroenterology and endoscopic nurses are an integral part of the professional presentations.
