OVERVIEW

71st Annual Meeting of the American Rhinologic Society (ARS) is organized by American Rhinologic Society (ARS) and will be held from Oct 09 - 11, 2025 at Indianapolis Marriott East, Indianapolis, Indiana, United States of America.

Description:
This year’s program is designed to challenge perspectives, inspire innovation, and strengthen our community as we dive deep into the latest advancements in rhinology, allergy, and anterior skull base surgery.

We begin on Thursday, October 9th, with hands-on learning in the Resident Dissection Course, followed by the Leadership Symposium, hosted by the Women in Rhinology section and open to ARS members by application. We will be hosting a Casino Night: International/Faculty/Industry Dinner/Reception Thursday evening which will include our international attendees and industry sponsors.

Then, on Friday at noon, we officially launch our scientific meeting with the always-anticipated Fall Film FESStival, setting the tone for two days of unparalleled exploration into cutting-edge research and transformative clinical applications. Across Friday and Saturday, we will showcase over 70 abstracts and 100 posters, featuring the latest discoveries that are shaping the future of rhinology.

Friday afternoon will bring a powerful combined session, where the top basic science and clinical abstracts take center stage. On Saturday morning, attendees can choose their path in three breakout rooms, covering diverse and forward-thinking topics, before we reunite for an engaging combined session to close out the meeting.

This year, we are honored to welcome two distinguished lecturers:

  • Dr. Troy Woodard will inspire with the Hwang Family Lecture, "Turning Trials Into Triumphs: Lessons Learned on the Leadership Journey."
  • Dr. Rod Schlosser will share insights in the David Kennedy Lecture, "Highs and Lows During a Career in Academic Rhinology."

And that’s not all—our nine expert-led panels, staggered across the breakout sessions, will tackle the most pressing topics in our field, including:

  • Global  variations in CRS with nasal polyps presentation
  • Managing CRS  in resource-limited environments
  • Navigating complex cerebrospinal fluid leaks
  • Innovations in in-office procedures
  • CRS patients with immune dysregulation: treatment strategies
  • The intersection of sinonasal disease and obstructive sleep apnea
  • Ergonomics in sinonasal surgery—taking care of the surgeon
  • The evolution of biologic therapies for CRS with nasal polyps

Our Saturday ends with a celebration at the President’s reception which will include a live band featuring our own Mickey Stewart on drums.

With a stellar lineup of faculty, cutting-edge presentations, and insightful discussions, this meeting promises to be a can’t-miss event for anyone passionate about rhinology.

We can’t wait to welcome you to Indianapolis—let’s make this gathering unforgettable!
