4th Croatian Congress Of Clinical Pharmacy With International Participation is organized by Croatian Pharmaceutical Society (CPS) / Hrvatsko farmaceutsko drustvo (HFD), Penta Travel Agency Ltd and will be held from Oct 16 - 18, 2025 at Hilton Garden Inn Zagreb - Radnicka, Zagreb, Grad Zagreb, Croatia.

The Congress is held under the auspices of the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Croatia. We are extremely honored that the leaders of high-ranking state institutions, the pharmaceutical industry and our distinguished experts responded to the invitation. Clinical pharmacy congresses have so far attracted great interest and high attendance. Lecturers included, among others, professors from the Faculty of Pharmacy and Biochemistry, the Faculty of Medicine, clinical pharmacy specialists and specialist physicians from various branches of medicine.

The 4th Croatian Congress of Clinical Pharmacy plans to bring together eminent experts from various fields of pharmacotherapy from Croatia and other countries. The Congress will cover topics in the field of pharmacotherapy management and complications of cardiovascular diseases, hematological diseases, nephrological diseases, infectious diseases and inflammatory diseases in gastroenterology and rheumatology. The latest news from the field of gene therapy will also be presented.
