Course Overview:
Advances in Dermatologic Surgery™

• An educational program designed to give dermatologic surgeons the opportunity to gain knowledge on the latest and most advanced techniques of dermatologic surgery.
• Includes didactic lectures presented by national and international experts, live demonstrations plus time for informal sharing of information.
• Topics include the diagnosis and treatment of various skin cancers, wound closures, reconstructive surgery, advances in injectables and fillers, Mohs surgery, laser treatments for skin conditions, dermatopathology and other related topics.

Course Objectives:
Upon conclusion of this program, participants should be able to:

• Incorporate new laser treatments for more effective treatment of skin conditions
• Discuss the advantages/disadvantages of various reconstruction options
• Identify new filler techniques and discuss how to treat reactions caused by fillers
• Understand aesthetics in dermatology and integrate new ideas for treating various skin cancers for optimal patient outcomes
