40th Annual San Diego International Conference on Child and Family Maltreatment is organized by Chadwick Center for Children and Families, Chadwick Center for Children and Families at Rady Children's Hospital-San Diego and will be held from Jan 25 - 30, 2025 at Town and Country Resort, San Diego, California, United States of America.

Course Description:
The purpose of the San Diego Child and Maltreatment Conference is to create an opportunity for collaboration and multidisciplinary interactions across the workforce to develop and enhance their professional skills and knowledge in the prevention, recognition, assessment, investigation, and treatment of all forms of child and family maltreatment using best practices.

Learning Objectives:
Upon completion of this course, participants should be able to:

• Develop professional skills in the prevention, recognition, assessment, and treatment of all forms of maltreatment.
• Discuss issues concerning support for families, prevention, leadership, policymaking, and translating the latest research into action.
