• AACVPR CE Credit: The American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation (AACVPR) will offer a maximum of 15.75 CEs for the in-person conference and 37.00 CEs for the on-demand recordings.
   
• Physician CE Credit: An application will be made to Creighton University Health Sciences Continuing Education for a maximum of 15.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)^TM for the in-person conference and 37.00 CEs for the on-demand recordings.  Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
   
• Nurse CE Credit: An application will be made to Creighton University Health Sciences Continuing Education for a maximum of 15.75 contact hours for nurses and 37.00 contact hours for the on-demand recordings.
