38th Annual Park City Anatomic Pathology Update is organized by ARUP Laboratories and will be held from Feb 09 - 13, 2025 at Lodges at Deer Valley, Park City, Utah, United States of America.

Overview:
Pathology is an incredibly dynamic, ever-evolving field that requires continual learning. This year’s Anatomic Pathology Update will focus on recent advances in the fields of gastrointestinal, pancreatic, and hepatobiliary pathology. The aim of the conference is to help general practice pathologists stay up to date with the latest recommendations and practice guidelines and to further hone their overall diagnostic skills.

We are thrilled to host two highly distinguished keynote speakers: Dr. Elizabeth Montgomery, professor of Pathology at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, and Dr. Andrew Bellizzi, clinical professor in the Department of Pathology at the University of Iowa. Our keynote speakers will discuss diverse, timely topics, including GI tract dysplasia, mesenchymal neoplasms of the GI tract and liver, polyps and polyposis syndromes, tumors of unknown primary site, neuroendocrine neoplasms, and GI tract lymphomas.

The course also includes presentations from GI pathology experts who have been chosen from the faculty at the University of Utah and ARUP Laboratories. Embracing a truly multidisciplinary approach, we will hear from lecturers with expertise in not only GI pathology, but also in cytology, hematopathology, molecular pathology, and hepatology.

University of Utah and ARUP GI pathologists will cover topics such as how to approach challenging appendiceal tumors and liver biopsies and how to integrate molecular findings into diagnoses to optimize patient care. In keeping with tradition, there will also be updates on key topics in hematopathology.
