Theme: Innovation at the service of the network, its stakeholders and the user
Description:
The Emergency, Prehospital, and Frontline Symposium reflects the commitment of leaders in emergency services, prehospital emergency services, and frontline services to work collaboratively and seamlessly. These sectors are the multiple gateways when a citizen perceives a health problem and wishes to address a need. The demand for care and services has increased exponentially since the end of the pandemic, and it is by collaborating, communicating effectively, benchmarking, and innovating that all stakeholders will be able to improve and expand service delivery.
This conference is intended to be a unique and benevolent event to exchange on the projects and realities of all stakeholders working in the field of access to acute primary care. It thus allows us to come together to jointly establish, implement and highlight, share and perpetuate concrete solutions, innovative and interdisciplinary practices to overcome the challenges associated with emergency room overcrowding.
With this in mind, three main areas are being explored to achieve this: the clinical component, the user continuum component, and the technological innovation and performance component. The various stakeholders must work together to complement each other, and the conference aims to exchange best practices to better address the key challenges in each sector.
The conference aims to highlight these innovative and exemplary practices that enable the optimal use of resources in order to improve access, quality, fluidity and efficiency of health care and services.
Main guidelines:
Three areas to explore – clinical aspects, patient continuum and technological innovation
