22nd Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Series: 'Diabetes Asia 2025' Conference (DAC 2025) is organized by National Diabetes Institute (NADI) and will be held from Oct 02 - 04, 2025 at Royale Chulan Kuala Lumpur, Kuala Lumpur, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Theme: “Advances in Diabetes and Other Cardiometabolic Conditions”

Description:
Prevalence of diabetes mellitus, especially of Type 2, is on the increase. This rise is most marked in developing countries, Malaysia included. Thus, there is an urgent need for strategies to prevent this ‘epidemic’ and for early diagnosis of diabetes. Beyond these, there is need for ensuring optimal management of the disease, its complications and associated diseases. 

Objectives of the Conference:
DAC 2025 aims to help improve management of diabetes with emphasis on recent advances and practical aspects of diabetes care. Participants are expected to be able to:

  • Appreciate recent advances and practical aspects of diabetes care
  • Understand ways of ensuring early diagnosis and optimal management for good control of diabetes, its complications and associated conditions
  • Apply knowledge gained during the Conference to further improve care for persons with diabetes in the community
