Women’s Sleep Health – Addressing Gaps in OSA Diagnosis and Treatment Across Life Stages 

  • Identify obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) in women by recognizing atypical presentations
  • Integrate validated assessment tools into clinical practice to improve the timely diagnosis and treatment of OSA
  • Describe the increased risk of OSA in women in menopause, including the role of hormonal changes, changes in body composition, and the impact on cardiometabolic health
  • Identify pregnant patients at high risk for OSA
  • Recognize the range of treatment options for OSA, including CPAP alternatives and adjunctive therapies like weight-loss medications, to better inform referral decisions for comprehensive patient care

ENDOVOICE Live:  Endometriosis - A Chronic Burden of Reproductive/Years  

  • Analyze how early diagnosis of endometriosis can improve both psychosocial and physical outcomes for patients
  • Integrate patient-centered diagnostic and evaluation tools into clinical practice to support accurate assessment and shared decision-making in endometriosis care
  • Implement shared decision-making strategies and patient-centered treatment to deliver equitable care for individuals with endometriosis
  • Evaluate the clinical benefits and limitations of GnRH antagonists in the medical management of endometriosis

Diagnosing and Treating IBS: It Begins with One Simple Question 

  • Identify the components of the diagnostic process for IBS. 
  • Use evidence-based clinical decision tools to diagnose IBS-C. 
  • Use evidence-based clinical decision tools to diagnose IBS-D. 
  • Identify the most important factors that influence satisfaction with medical care in women with IBS. 

Not Just a Headache: Migraine Across Women’s Lifespan  

  • Apply evidence-based criteria to improve the diagnosis of migraine in the female patient
  • Implement current treatment guidelines to optimize migraine management with a focus on female-specific life stages
  • Evaluate strategies to reduce disparities and improve the quality of migraine treatment across special patient populations
  • Assess goals and preferences along with mechanisms, indications, and clinical evidence to personalize treatment for acute and chronic migraine management in women
  • Communicate which symptoms and HQoL domains are most meaningful toward improved shared decision-making
