20th Annual Meeting of the German Society for Epidemiology (DGEpi)

20th Annual Meeting of the German Society for Epidemiology (DGEpi) is organized by event lab. GmbH, German Society for Epidemiology/Die Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Epidemiologie (DGEpi) e.V and will be held from Sep 23 - 26, 2025 at Universität Münster - Fürstenberghaus, Munster, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany.

Description:
The motto of the conference – “Changing the face of epidemiology” – reflects the diverse challenges that our discipline will face in upcoming years. Our task is to leverage these challenges in order to actively advance our discipline and adapt it to a changing framework. The keynote speakers for the annual conference, Martin Lercher (Düsseldorf), Charles F. Manski (Northwestern University),  Sarah C. Hull (Yale) and Naomi Allen (Oxford), will provide important insights that will be further discussed during the event.

“Changing the face of epidemiology” – is also evident in the newly revised structure of the annual conference. By reducing parallel events and focusing sessions on the methodological approaches that connect various areas of epidemiology, we aim to emphasize the interdisciplinarity of the field and promote methodological exchange.
