Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be in writing. In order to receive a refund of the registration fee (less a $25 cancellation fee), cancellations must be received prior to 12/26/24. No refunds after that date. Please note that pre-registration closes on 1/7/25. Registration can be done onsite after this date. Registrations are not accepted over the phone.
