Cancellations:

Cancellations made prior to (please refer to Certified CME for exact dates) will receive a refund, with a deduction of a $100 processing fee.
Cancellations made between (please refer to Certified CME for specific dates) will receive a credit applicable to a future training, less a $100 processing fee. This credit can be used for a Certified CME Aesthetic Training within one year from the cancellation date. Attendees are responsible for contacting Certified CME to inquire about upcoming course dates.
Cancellations made after (please refer to Certified CME for exact dates) are not eligible for refunds or credits. However, registration can be transferred to a colleague.
No refunds or credits will be provided for “no-shows”.
