18th Congress of the Hungarian Association of Pediatric Surgeons (HAPS) is organized by European Paediatric Surgeons Association (EUPSA) and will be held from Jun 25 - 27, 2025 at University of Pécs Medical School, Pécs, Baranya, Hungary.

Description:
The Congress of HAPS including international participation offers attendees a unique opportunity to meet our distinguished guests, several of which are coming from various countries throughout Europe and elsewhere. Another reason to see Pécs, Hungary, is the well-known saying attributed to Andrew Pinter, “The Hungarian meetings are not better or worse than any other meetings, but they are different….". We are determined to continue this honorable tradition while celebrating our intense heritage!

The primary topics in support of the congress will cover all major fields of pediatric surgery including newborn and colorectal surgery, urology, minimally invasive surgery and trauma. We are optimistically hopeful, while our previous meeting four years ago in the same place just between the pandemic waves was even successful, despite well-known difficulties.
