XXVIII European Federation for Medicinal chemistry and Chemical biology - International Symposium on Medicinal Chemistry (EFMC-ISMC 2024) is organized by LD Organisation Srl, European Federation for Medicinal chemistry and Chemical biology (EFMC), Italian Chemical Society / Societa Chimica Italiana (SCI) and will be held from Sep 01 - 05, 2024 at Congress Palace, Rome, Italy.

Description:
The scientific programme of EFMC-ISMC 2024 will feature plenary sessions with lectures by Prof. David MacMillan (Princeton University, US), Prof. Véronique Gouverneur (University of Oxford, UK), Dr Emma Parmee (Janssen Pharmaceutica, US). The EFMC Awards, EFMC Prizes and EFMC Partner Prizes will also be part of the programme:

• Nauta Pharmacochemistry Award for Medicinal Chemistry and Chemical Biology
• UCB-Ehrlich Award for Excellence in Medicinal Chemistry
• Prous Institute - Overton and Meyer Award for New Technologies in Drug Discovery
• EFMC Prize for a Young Medicinal Chemist or Chemical Biologist in Academia
• EFMC Prize for a Young Medicinal Chemist or Chemical Biologist in Industry
• IUPAC-Richter Prize
• Klaus Grohe Prize

The programme will furthermore cover a wide range of selected topics with parallel sessions split into three main themes:

• Drug Discovery Projects
• Technologies
