Collaborative Care in Psoriatic Disease is organized by National Psoriasis Foundation (NPF) and will be held on Sep 14, 2024 at Conrad Los Angeles, Los Angeles, California, United States of America.

Event Objectives:

• Appropriate recognition of PsO and PsA symptoms from cross-disciplinary perspectives to ensure early intervention.
• Employing appropriate strategies to diagnose and treat comorbidities associated with PsD.
• Outlining the safety, efficacy, and role of current and emerging treatments in addressing both skin and joint symptoms for PsO and PsA, including complex PsD presentations and Skin of Color
• Utilizing tools that different providers can use when screening for comorbid conditions related to PsO and PsA.
• Employing a patient-centric, collaborative care, and shared management model for treatment of individuals living with PsD.
