The 5th Annual Cleveland Allergy Society Seminar is organized by the Cleveland Academy of Osteopathic Medicine (CAOM) and will be held on Jan 27, 2024, at The Ritz-Carlton, Cleveland, Cleveland, Ohio, United States of America.
Description:
The purpose of this seminar is to provide the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) accredited programs that address the clinical practice needs of osteopathic physicians. Sessions are offered to continually assess issues, developments, advances and deficiencies in current medical practice, and address identified needs through relevant comprehensive programs designed for general statewide physician audiences of all specialities. You will also have the opportunity to select qualified faculty in accordance with AOA accreditation requirements, develop innovative learning forums, and endeavour to provide AOA category 1-A programs.

Credits: 8 hours of Category 1-A AOA Specialty Credit CME
CME Credits:
CME Verification will be completed online. Credit will be given only to physicians who complete the online attestation form indicating the total number of hours attended. No credits will be given to those physicians who fail to complete their online CME Verification Form.

The Ohio Osteopathic Foundation is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association to provide osteopathic continuing medical education for physicians. The Ohio Osteopathic Foundation designated this program for a maximum of 24 hours of AOA Category 1-A credits and will report CME and specialty credits in accordance with the extent of the physicians’ participation in this activity.
This program may qualify for a similar number of credit hours for members of the AMA.
