EUROSON 2024: 35th Congress of the EFSUMB In Conjunction With SIUMB National Congress is organized by European Federation of Societies for Ultrasound in Medicine and Biology (EFSUMB), Italian Society of Ultrasound in Medicine and Biology / Societa Italiana di Ultrasonologia in Medicina e Biologia (SIUMB) and will be held from Nov 09 - 12, 2024 at Maritime Station Congress Center, Naples, Campania, Italy.

Description:
We are pleased to have a very interesting program covering everything from basic to advanced techniques and intervention within many different anatomical areas and with focus on multiparametric ultrasound. There will be focused days/courses for specific fields of interest: MSK, pediatric, vascular, veterinary, endocrinology etc. We are especially proud to welcome our veterinarian colleagues and hope this event will facilitate the use of ultrasound among veterinarians for the benefit of our animal friends. We are also proud to host a EUROSON school on “Contrast Enhanced Ultrasound: from basic to advanced application” covering the use of CEUS in the abdomen and beyond for diagnostic and therapeutic ultrasound. At the conference you can refresh old knowledge and be introduced to new techniques among ultrasound enthusiasts and friends from around the world. We would like to thank the scientific committee for all their hard work in making this possible.

This year we are very pleased to have again a students’ congress organized in collaboration with the EFSUMB Students’ Committee and are looking forward to welcoming the future of medicine and ultrasound. This is a chance to meet professional collaborators and establish new friendships with colleagues from around the world. The program will cover basic and advanced techniques along with multiple hands-on sessions held in the SonoCave – a returning refugium for ultrasound enthusiasts who would like to practice their skills and be introduced to new techniques with multiple systems and specialists available. The SonoCave is open to all participants in EUROSON.
