The 29th Annual Multidisciplinary Symposium on Breast Disease provides a multidisciplinary overview of the diagnosis and treatment of all stages of breast cancer. Faculty includes experts in the fields of surgical, medical and radiation oncology, pathology, radiology, surgery and patient advocacy. The target audience includes clinicians, specialists, and scientists involved in the care and treatment of patients with breast cancer, as well as research and education concerning this important disease.

• Identify how germline genetics can contribute to Breast Cancer disparities.
• Associate the impact of preop breast MRI on surgical planning for Breast Cancer.
• Review the current data supporting oligo definitive therapy for metastatic patients.
• Recognize when to offer RNI and its magnitude of benefit in different scenarios.
• Identify current and future immune therapy strategies beyond triple-negative disease.
• Differentiate the technology, current indications, and future directions for novel antibody-drug conjugates.
• Illustrate the importance of determining whether residual disease is present in the axilla after neoadjuvant therapy.
• Describe the utility of contrast mammography in breast imaging for screening and diagnostic purposes.
• Define the advantage of FDG PET/CT over standard anatomical imaging for staging and follow-up of breast cancer.
• Illustrate the safety and efficacy of nipple-sparing mastectomy for patients in various clinical situations.
• Review the imaging tests that may best detect DCIS based on grade.
• Discuss the imaging tests or combination of tests that optimizes the cancer detection rate.
