Eastern Vascular Society (EVS) 38th Annual Meeting is organized by Well-Assembled Meetings (WAM) & Associations, Eastern Vascular Society (EVS) and will be held from Sep 19 - 22, 2024 at The Charleston Place, Charleston, South Carolina, United States of America.
Program Objectives:
The specialty of vascular surgery has matured and evolved dramatically over the last three decades, but never more profoundly than in recent years. In view of the rapid development of novel, evolving technologies; the generation of information at a rate faster than at any time in history; and the unprecedented growth of the elderly segment of our population in whom circulatory disease predominates, there has never been a more challenging time to be a vascular surgeon or a time when it has been more critical to keep abreast of developments in the field. The introduction of Maintenance of Certification and increasing multi-specialty competition in our current healthcare system poses new challenges, and make further education on cutting-edge approaches to the treatment of vascular disease essential. The Annual Meeting of the EVS will allow vascular surgeons and other Allied Health Professionals to remain current on the latest knowledge, approaches, and procedures that will lead to better patient care.

Joint Accreditation Statement:
In support of improving patient care, this activity has been planned and implemented by Amedco LLC and Well Assembled Meetings. Amedco LLC is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
Physicians (ACCME) Credit Designation:
Amedco LLC designates this live activity for a maximum of 22.25 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
Nurses (ANCC) Credit Designation:
Amedco LLC designates this activity for a maximum of 22.25 ANCC contact hours.
American Board of Surgery (ABS) MOC:
Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the learner to earn credit toward the CME and/or Self-Assessment requirements of the American Board of Surgery’s Continuous Certification program. It is the CME activity provider’s responsibility to submit learner completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABS credit. Program is being reviewed for maximum Self-Assessment for MOC hours.
Physician Assistants:
PAs may claim a maximum of 22.25 Category 1 credits for completing this activity. NCCPA accepts AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ from organizations accredited by ACCME or a recognized state medical society.
Nurse Practitioners:
The American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) recognizes the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as approved accreditors and allow reciprocity for AANPCP continuing education credit. Maximum 22.25 hours.
