American Academy of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery Foundation (AAO-HNSF) 2024 Annual Meeting & OTO EXPO is organized by American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery (AAO-HNS) and will be held from Sep 28 - Oct 01, 2024 at Miami, Florida, United States of America.

Description:
This year, the Annual Meeting will offer 525+ education sessions to help you stay up-to-date on best practices and the specialty’s most pressing issues. The program features world-renowned faculty members discussing state-of-the-art treatment modalities, new therapies, and advances in the field—allowing attendees to interact with thought leaders representing all subspecialties.

The Opening Ceremony kicks off this year’s Annual Meeting on Saturday, September 28.  In the past, the Annual Meeting followed a Sunday – Wednesday schedule. The AAO-HNSF realizes your time is precious. We hope this schedule shift will help ensure you spend less time away from your busy practice and your patients.

Program Format:
Our groundbreaking education program formats were enhanced for this year’s meeting. The education program is divided into 12 distinct specialty areas, allowing attendees to focus within their specialty or expand their knowledge in other areas.

The American Academy of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery Foundation is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™
The American Academy of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery Foundation designates this live activity for a maximum of 27 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ for the concurrent sessions. The CME ENThusiast Track provides the opportunity to earn up to 35 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Additionally, a maximum of 40 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ will be available for the Scientific Poster Presentations either in-person or via the online gallery. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

MOCME
The Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME®) and the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery (ABOHNS) have collaborated to expand opportunities for ABOHNS Board-Certified Physicians to receive Continuing Certification (formerly known as Maintenance of Certification or MOC) credit for the high-quality accredited continuing medical education (CME) activities you are already participating in—including many of the activities offered by the American Academy of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery Foundation (AAO-HNSF). The sessions offered at the Annual Meeting will also count towards MOC.
