The combination of your personal way of working with useful tools for efficient time management will help you in the future to structure your workflow in the laboratory more efficiently and realistically and to optimize the use of your resources in order to successfully implement your tasks and goals.

In a workshop, you work together in small groups to develop strategies for your own relief.
