Theme: "Keeping Pace with a Changing World."

Description:
The world that adolescents are growing up in is changing more than ever. The demands on today's teenagers, and the institutions and individuals supporting them, differ from what they were a generation ago. They will be different in a generation. These changes are a necessary and timely awakening to the systemic inequalities and disparities that pervade our world. Adolescence science requires flexibility and adaptability to the changing world and our growing understanding. This flexibility and adaption must be ongoing and persistent to keep up with all the changes in the world. SRA is in the process of evolving and will transition to an annual meeting cycle. The 2023 SRA Annual Meet theme, Keeping pace with a Changing World, highlights the changes that have occurred over the past several decades and how we view them. As we work to ensure that adolescent science remains relevant and current in a constantly changing world, we will highlight our successes and challenges as well as potential opportunities.
