September 27: ACMT Pre-Symposium Bioethics & Medical Toxicology
September 28: AACT Pre-Symposium My Favorite Receptor
September 29-October 1: Main Congress
Description:
NACCT is the place where we can get together to learn, discuss new innovations in the field of toxicology, build relationships with our sponsors, and gather with friends, both old and new.
Many of the sessions that you know and love will take place this year in addition to some new things! NACCT will kick off with two pre-meeting symposia presented by ACMT and AACT. And of course, the annual ACMT’s CPC competition will take place following the second day of pre-symposia. Don’t forget to brush up on pop culture and trends for America’s Poison Centers Quiz Bowl. We are also introducing a new type of scientific symposium called ToxLab. ToxLab content will showcase new and innovative education techniques.
We are very lucky to have Dr. Joanne Liu as the keynote speaker. Her career and accomplishments are exemplary and she is sure to be a great kick-off to the main congress.
For those of you that are newcomers to the meeting, we welcome you and look forward to meeting you. We know that your first meeting can be overwhelming so this year, we have a “Crash Course for NACCT” on the first day of the main congress to get you acquainted. Please stop in, say hello, and learn how to get the most out of the meeting!
Whether you are a student, resident, toxicology fellow, specialist in poison information, toxicologist, or educator, we have global experts providing groundbreaking content with nearly 35 hours of CME and 15.5 CHES/MCHES credits.
Additional details will be posted as soon as information is available.
