The Neuropathic Pain Special Interest Group (NeuPSIG) of the International Association for the Study of Pain (IASP) advances the understanding of mechanisms, assessment, prevention, and treatment of neuropathic pain.
Our objectives include enhancing the collaboration between basic and clinical research, the study of the underlying mechanisms of neuropathic pain, the timely exchange of information and experience about the assessment and treatment of neuropathic pain, and the identification and implementation of programs to prevent the development of neuropathic pain.
