Musculoskeletal ultrasound in Rheumatology is organized by AIM Group International, Italian Society of Rheumatology / Societa Italiana di Reumatologia (SIR) and will be held from Oct 02 - 04, 2023 at Hotel NH Torino Centro, Torino, Piedmont, Italy.

Objectives
• learn the indications and limitations of musculoskeletal ultrasound in Rheumatology
• learn the ultrasound anatomy and identify the different musculoskeletal structures with ultrasound
• learn the standard scans in different anatomical areas according to EULAR guidelines
• learn the abnormalities detectable with rheumatological ultrasound

Applications, indications and limits of ultrasound in Rheumatology; ultrasound physics and technology (US); ultrasound patterns of musculoskeletal structures; ultrasound artifacts; proper use and placement of the probe; ultrasound setting and its optimization in grayscale and Doppler; standardized ultrasound scans of the: shoulder, elbow, wrist, hand, hand, hip, knee, ankle, and foot; basic ultrasound pathology; interpretation of ultrasound images; reporting and documentation; ultrasound diagnosis; basic skills in ultrasound-guided procedures.
