    The Visa Waiver Program (VWP), permits citizens of participating countries to travel to the United States for business or tourism for stays of up to 90 days without a visa. Travelers must be eligible to use the VWP and have a valid Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) approval prior to travel.

    Under the Visa Waiver Program Improvement and Terrorist Travel Prevention Act of 2015, travelers in the following categories are no longer eligible to travel or be admitted to the United States under the Visa Waiver Program (VWP):

    • Nationals of VWP countries who have traveled to or been present in Iran, Iraq, Sudan, or Syria on or after March 1, 2011 (with limited exceptions for travel for diplomatic or military purposes in the service of a VWP country).
    • Nationals of VWP countries who are also nationals of Iran, Iraq, Sudan, or Syria.

    The ITI, its contractors and any attending media representatives may photograph, video-tape, audio-tape or webcast scientific sessions during the congress. Attendees acknowledge these activities and agree to allow any photography or recorded material to be used by the ITI in Association publications, on the ITI website, and in marketing and promotional materials. Photographs are made available to ITI Congress attendees via various channels and may also be shared with the media. ITI Congress North America attendees waive all claims against the ITI for any liability resulting from these uses.

    Only officially contracted ITI Congress vendors and working journalists with ITI-approved press credentials will be permitted to photograph, video and/or audio-tape sessions and/or the exhibit hall. Individuals who make a recording using personal video/audio equipment or other recording devices (i.e. cell phones, digital or film cameras or tape recorders) without prior permission from the ITI or without proper credentials will be asked to stop recording or using these devices immediately
