International Federation for the Surgery of Obesity and Metabolic Disorders (IFSO) XXVI World Congress 2023 is organized by MCM Events and Conferences / MCM Eventi e Congressi, International Federation for the Surgery of Obesity and Metabolic Disorders (IFSO) and will be held from Aug 30 - Sep 01, 2023, at Mostra d'Oltremare, Napoli, Naples, Italy.

Description:
The scientific program will be very comprehensive and focused on updating, investigating, and better understanding the widest array of topics in the field of the growing adiposity-based chronic diseases, through postgraduate courses; symposia; expert talks; discussion panels; hands-on skill labs; video sessions; paper and poster presentations; emerging, endoscopic and new technology sessions. The aim of the Congress is to educate on all the bariatric and metabolic surgery topics as well as to unite across country borders health care professionals from different specialties, in our fight against the adiposity epidemic.

In conjunction with the XXVI IFSO World Congress, the XXXI Annual Congress of the Italian Society of Bariatric and metabolic surgery (SICOB), chaired by Prof. Mario Musella, will take place.
