Intermediate Module Two is organized by Institute of Medical Aesthetics (IMA) and will be held from Nov 24 - 25, 2023 at Institute of Medical Aesthetics, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Description:
Basic laser:
• To understand the basics of the lasers
• To understand skin types and assessments
• To understand the most common skin indications for laser (vascular, hyperpigmentation, hair removal and skin rejuvenation indications)
• To understand complications of lasers and proper managements
• To get involved in live demonstrations for laser treatments with different indications

Chemical peeling:
• To understand the basics of chemical peels procedure
• To understand the indications for chemical peels
• To understand treatment protocols
• To understand complications and how to manage them
• To get involved in live demonstrations for chemical peel treatments with different indications

PRP:
• To understand the PRP mechanism, indications, treatment protocols, contraindications, and complications
• To understand the different steps of the preparation for PRP injections
• To practice injection techniques of PRP for skin and hair indications (under high supervision)

Mesotherapy:
• To understanding the structure, mechanism of action, indications, contraindication, and complication of mesotherapy
• Proper assessment and making treatment plan strategies for skin treatments with microneedles
• To become familiar with the most common microneedle devices in the country
• To practice mesotherapy application with microneedle device on live models under high supervision
