Essential Topics in Critical Care Medicine and COVID-19 is organized by Continuing Education, Inc. and will be held from May 12 - 24, 2023 at Royal Caribbean's Jewel of the Seas, Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands.

Program Purpose:
The educational activity aims to introduce up-to-date information regarding the diagnosis and treatment of serious illnesses, which frequently call for life support and close observation. With participation in this activity, members of the interprofessional healthcare team will have the opportunity to increase their level of comprehension about themes such as renal failure, shock, respiratory failure, cardiovascular emergencies, and neurological crises. Case studies will be utilized to illustrate the potential for unethical behavior to occur in intensive care settings.

• Edema and Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS)
