We created a new conference format created by combining the traditional symposium Biological Treatment of IBD, which we have been holding regularly since 2008, always in the month of September, with the interdisciplinary Working IBD Days, organized in Ho?ovice by MUDr. Zuzana Šerclová since 2015. By combining both professional events, a new concept of the congress was created, which will provide information on the most turbulent changes in the diagnosis and above all in the treatment of these autoimmune diseases on a wider scale and in a greater complexity. We would like to maintain the attractiveness of the meeting for gastroenterologists, surgeons, and other specialists caring for IBD patients. The congress will include not only lectures but also live presentations of interesting IBD case studies and the opportunity to participate in an ultrasonography and colo-proctology workshop.

Several renowned international experts on surgery and biological treatment of IBD will also take part in the congress. We believe that the information that will be presented during the congress will be useful in your clinical practice to improve care and treatment outcomes for these serious diseases of the digestive tract.
