Description:
The Annual Scientific Conference of the American Geriatrics Society ( AGS ) is considered the most important educational event in geriatrics since it presents the most recent findings from clinical care, research on aging, and innovative care delivery models.

Geriatrics experts from every field will have the opportunity to have their educational concerns addressed at the Annual Meeting in 2023. A variety of health care professionals, including physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, pharmacists, physician assistants, social workers, long-term care and managed care providers, health care administrators, and others, have the opportunity to improve their knowledge and abilities by participating in cutting-edge educational sessions and research presentations.

The Annual Conference features a wide variety of opportunities for continuing education, such as invited symposia, workshops, and sessions in which participants can engage with experts. These sessions will cover developing clinical issues, current research in geriatrics, education, health policy, and geriatric health care delivery.

Participants at the meeting will have many excellent opportunities to network with one another and exchange ideas and information with other professionals. At events such as the Presidential Poster Reception, Special Interest Group Meetings, and Section Meetings for Fellows-in-Training, Nurses, Pharmacists, Social Workers, and Teachers, there will be several opportunities to converse with one's peers.
