46th Annual APOSW Conference: Elevating Psychosocial Care in Pediatric Oncology is organized by Association of Pediatric Oncology Social Workers (APOSW) and will be held from Apr 17 - 19, 2023 at Hilton Salt Lake City Center Hotel, Salt Lake City, Utah, United States of America.

Conference Goal:
To provide a collaborative learning opportunity for oncology social workers to address the needs of families impacted by childhood cancer.

Learning Objectives:
At the conclusion of this conference, participants will be able to:
• Describe and apply theories of social work practices, evidence-based interventions and strategies to address psychosocial issues and barriers to care and the programmatic needs of children patients and their families from diagnosis to survivorship and through the grieving process.
• Define evidence-based practice that can assist pediatric cancer patients and their families by discussing research findings, outcomes and recommendations within pediatric oncology social work.
• Identify and discuss the psychosocial requirements of children diagnosed with cancer and their families towards caring death-care, healing, and potential growth.
• Examine methods to enhance professional development and leadership in oncology/haematology and blood and marrow transplantation areas.
