GPP conferences with great pleasure and I was able to actively shape the 2006 conference and the 2023 conference. It is therefore a great honor for me to invite you to my academic farewell event in March 2023 in Frankfurt. In the many years as head of the pediatric allergology and pneumology in Frankfurt, it has always been a special concern for me and my team to inspire young doctors for our specialty and also to promote it scientifically.
The motto of the conference was chosen accordingly: "Allergy and lungs meet the next generation". The presidency of our symposia is shared between the young and the experienced to prepare our youngsters for the next step on the academic ladder
