Canadian Association for HIV Research (CAHR) 2023 Conference is organized by Canadian Association for HIV Research (CAHR) and will be held from Apr 27 - 30, 2023 at TBD, , Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.

Description:
CAHR promotes Canadian researchers to become leaders in the knowledge translation field and to respond effectively to both the Canadian and global epidemic of HIV/AIDS. Since its beginning at the beginning of the year 1991, CAHR has promoted excellence in HIV research and mentoring and development of career researchers entering the field.

CAHR encourages cooperation and collaboration within HIV community research groups, which include fundamental, clinical, social science, epidemiology, and the public sector. CAHR also involves people with HIV/AIDS as well as AIDS service providers in continuous communication and exchange of information to ensure that research on HIV/AIDS can respond to the growing health issues and those who are affected by it.

Mission:
• Ensure high-quality HIV research
• Facilitate collaboration and cooperation between HIV researchers, which include basic research, clinical science, epidemiology, and public health, as well as social science
• Encourage education and the formation of young researchers
• Provide a united representative to Canadian HIV scientists and involve various stakeholders (community industries, government, and non-governmental organizations, etc.).) to engage in continuous dialogue and information transfer to ensure that HIV research is responsive to the needs of people living with HIV.
