Description:
The annual Methods in Clinical Cancer Research Workshop is a course that lasts for one week and is designed to educate and train early-career investigators in the best practices of clinical trial design as well as provide access to experienced clinical investigators from a variety of institutions and countries who have expertise across all areas of clinical research. The Workshop takes place once a year and is held in conjunction with the annual Methods in Clinical Cancer Research Workshop.

Since its inception in 1999, the Workshop has provided training to over 1900 investigators worldwide. It is organized by the European Organisation for Research and Treatment of Cancer (EORTC), the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO), and the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR).
