Program Overview
This year, in particular, has showcased both the challenges and resilience of healthcare practitioners around the world. In California, medical practitioners are faced with novel infections and increased patient loads while managing their existing patients’ health and well-being. The dermatology community is now charged with navigating this new environment, and its impact on patients and practices, while continuing to stay up-to-date on advances in dermatologic treatments and procedures. Their need for distilled and effective continuing education is more pronounced than ever. 

Educational Objectives
In order to address the broad educational needs of clinicians in key areas of dermatology, CalDerm, and its expert faculty have developed the agenda for the 2023 CalDerm Symposium to address specific practice gaps. The symposium learning objectives will address the following areas: general dermatology, pediatric/special populations dermatology, dermatologic surgery, and cosmetic dermatology.
