2023 Academy of Neurologic Physical Therapy (ANPT) Annual Conference is organized by Academy of Neurologic Physical Therapy (ANPT) and will be held from Sep 28 - 30, 2023 at Hyatt Regency Minneapolis, Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States of America.

Description:
The ANPT annual conference aims to foster excellence in neurologic physical therapy by promoting

• knowledge translation strategies,
• dissemination of clinically-relevant scientific evidence,
• application of best practices, and
• networking opportunities among clinicians, scientists, educators, administrators, and students

We will do this by:

• examining recommendations and research evidence (for example, clinical practice guidelines, evidence-based documents, and clinical trials)
• exploring examples of successful efforts of knowledge translation of evidence-based practices
• offering opportunities for meaningful engagement, discussion, and development of collaborations among participants

The conference will include large-group and small group discussions on topics related to communication with patients and families, including delivering measurement results (“life-altering information”) and shared decision-making. There will also be usual high-quality presentations on evidence-based content, with an emphasis on implementation into clinical practice.
