The 14th Biennial World Congress on Brain Injury is organized by International Brain Injury Association (IBIA) and will be held from Mar 29 - Apr 01, 2023, at The Convention Centre Dublin (CCD), Dublin, Leinster, Ireland.

Learning Objectives
At the end of this activity, participants should be able to:
• Examine research data and best practices to identify approaches and key components that contribute to community reintegration following brain injury. Then, assess the impact of this information on their services and supports.
• Check out the assessment tools to evaluate social cognitive functions in patients suffering from ABI.
• Recognize key components of evidence-based treatment for mild traumatic injuries and discuss the pathophysiological aspects.
• With reference to the case examples and evidence, review cognitive behavioral therapy as a psychotherapeutic approach that can optimize mood, identity integration and adjustment after acquired brain injury.
• Identify and examine various forms of treatment and services including an integrated approach to rehabilitation and school integration/reintegration.
• Define the components of a care plan for individuals with TBI.
• Examine the incidence of concussion/ trauma head/brain injuries that can cause cervical acceleration injury.
• Describe the difficulties associated with integrating new technology into brain injury rehabilitation.
• Learn about pediatric acquired brain injury and its treatment perspectives.
• Examine structural neuroimaging to determine cognitive and behavioral outcomes following pediatric TB.
