Practical Ways to Achieve Targets in Diabetes Care (ATDC) Conference is organized by Barbara Davis Center for Diabetes (BDC) and will be held from Jun 14 - 17, 2022 at Keystone Lodge and Spa, Keystone, Colorado, United States of America.

About Conference :
This annual course is intended to assist medical professionals caring for diabetic patients, including but not limited to: Internists, pediatricians, family doctors, physician assistants, medical residents, fellows, nurse practitioners, nurses, dietitians, social workers, and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialists are among the professionals who specialize in endocrinology and diabetes (CDCES).

Participants will have the chance to speak with industry leaders and take part in in-depth Q&A sessions with the professionals.

The 2022 ATDC Conference will provide plenaries on the following topics: 
Obesity & diabetes; Automated Insulin Delivery System (AID) Systems. Technology Innovations. Telehealth & Barriers to Care. Healthcare Costs & Outcomes. Upcoming Treatment Options. Diabetes Outcomes. Continuous Glucose Monitors. Hypoglycemia Management. Emerging Topics in the main session. Plenaries will be provided for Pediatric providers in Prevention or Delaying Onset T1D; Day-to-day Pediatric Clinic Challenges; as well as What to Eat, When to Rest, and Closing The Loop. Adult providers in Diabetes Management Challenges; Day-to-day Adult Clinic Challenges; Patient Experience. The conference will feature patient panels in both the pediatric and adult sessions. This is a highlight. We will also host five keynote speakers to discuss a broad range of topics.

In order to complete this didactic course, participants will be better able to:
Summarise the obstacles to device initiation caused by socioeconomic and racial disparities;
• Compare telemedicine possibilities to find better starting points for technology;
• Analyze the cost of both associated cardiovascular and renal disease;
• Evaluate new therapies or other weight-mitigation strategies for overweight and obese patients;
• Compare multiple insulin delivery methods currently available to patients.
