Course Objectives:
This comprehensive course will cover the various facets of non-neoplastic and neoplastic illnesses of the entire gastrointestinal system and is intended for pathologists who are currently practising as well as pathologists who are in training. The diagnostic standards for biopsies and resections will be discussed. The training covers the potential and restrictions of auxiliary diagnostic methods including immunohistochemistry and molecular analysis. Each segment will include lectures, case studies, and conversations.
